Eyad Arabiat
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Eyad Arabiat is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bartawi Group, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in finance, banking, and consultancy. He holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance and is certified with AICMA and CLBB. His expertise spans corporate finance, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and project evaluation. Throughout his career, he has provided financial consultancy for SMEs across the Middle East, worked with international organizations on economic feasibility studies, and conducted financial training for various institutions. With a strong background in banking and strategic financial planning, Eyad plays a key role in optimizing financial performance and driving growth at Bartawi Group.
Wael El-Gammal
Managing Director
Wael El-Gammal is the Managing Director at Bartawi Group. He is a strong leader with a deep knowledge of the construction field, from Construction Management to planning, cost and value engineering, risk management, and quality management. El-Gammal has more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry and has been directly involved in projects of multi-story buildings, luxury palaces, and villas. He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree from Heriot-Watt University in Construction Project Management.
